bump into
撞到；不期而遇 (巧遇，偶遇，撞見)
這個片語有兩個主要的意思，撞到以及跟人不期而遇。bump into 的碰撞力氣不大，可以是撞到人或是東西。不期而遇，指沒有跟人約定見面，卻看到這個人，所以是巧遇，偶遇，或是撞見某人。
I accidentally bumped into an old woman on the subway. I felt so bad.
我在地鐵不小心撞到一位老婦人。我覺得很糟糕。

A: How did you get that bruise?
B: I bumped into a moving vehicle. I wasn’t hurt, but it left this mark.
A: 你怎麼會有瘀青？

I bumped into Tom the other day. I saw him outside the grocery store. We had a nice chat.

He bumped into my sister in the shopping center. They started talking about old times together.
他在購物中心撞見我妹妹。他們開始聊起以前在一起的時光。

B: Who?
A: Karen! Do you know she lives in California now?
